The Schedule is a Guideline and may be adjusted by your Host

6:00 - 6:15pm: "Your Host"
- Your Host, Dylan Verona, starts the show with an opening set
6:15 - 7:30pm: "Open Mic"
- Guest Performances at 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, and 7:15
7:30 - 8:15pm: "Featured Performance"
- The Featured Performer takes the stage for an exclusive 45-minute set
  - On special occasions, we may have a "Theme" instead of a Feature—if so, the "Open Mic" continues with Guest Performances at 7:30, 7:45, and 8:00 (sign up for these slots by DM, email, or in person)
8:15 - 9:00pm: "Open Jam"
- Your Host, Dylan Verona, arranges an Open Jam session
  - Open Jam sign-ups are optional—just show up and Jam with us
  - Singers are more than welcome on stage for a live band karaoke experience! Three vocal mics are provided
  - If you play an instrument, bring it—house drum-kit, a bass amp, and a guitar amp are provided
  - We have 1/4" and XLR cables to plug you in, but feel free to bring your own
  - Electric guitar players have the option to bring your own pedalboard and amp (or plug into PA)
  - Keep your equipment simple for ease of setup
  - During the Open Jam, your Host may need to rotate the on-stage lineup so everyone gets their fair share of stage time

• Walk-ins may join the "Open Mic" by signing up in person! *If sign-ups are full, ask your Host about collaborating with someone on the list

• Walk-ins may join the "Open Jam" by showing up and telling the Host you're here to Jam!

Full Backline is provided by your Host, including P.A. speakers, monitor, mixer, 3 vocal mics, a bass amp, a guitar amp, and a drum-kit
- If you play an instrument, bring it*
- *House drum-kit is provided—bringing your own drumsticks is encouraged
- 1/4" and XLR cables are provided to plug in your instrument, but feel free to bring your own
- Electric guitar players have the option to bring your own pedalboard and/or amp (or plug your pedalboard directly into the mixer)
  - Keep your equipment Simple for ease of setup
  - Please be mindful of stage-volume and turn down your amp if the Host signals you to do so

Your Host, Dylan Verona, has the responsibility (to the audience and performers) to Curate the overall experience
- Please anticipate some degree of Flexibility for your timeslot in case of delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances
- If necessary, we may start setting up the next performer on the other half of the stage during your performance in order to Minimize Downtime between performers
  - Please be mindful of the other performers and respect each others time
- Your Host makes final decisions for all things on-stage during Weekly Jams

Please Arrive Early for your timeslot to set-up before your start time, if possible
- Acoustic acts are typically Plug-and-Play so there is no need to set up early unless you have additional equipment
- If you are running late, need to reschedule or cancel your reserved timeslot, please inform your Host as soon as you can (the show must go on)
