Artist Profile Submission Form

The Artist Profile is the best way for the Weekly Jams audience and performers to network and connect with your music

• Complete the required fields and click "Submit" to create a new Artist Profile, or to update your existing profile

  • Submissions are reviewed before publishing on the website (please be patient)

• For your Artist Profile picture(s), we may use images from your website or social media provided in this form

  • You may submit images for your profile by email

• Submit a separate form for yourself and your band

After completing the Artist Profile Submission Form, you may submit a request to schedule your Featured Performance (submit your request in the "Message" field of this form, by "Contact" Page, or by email)
